Who we are

What data we process
- When you book or send an enquiry: name, email address, phone number, address, number of guests, dates of stay and payment details. Payments are handled through the secure payment environment of our booking system; we never see your full card details.
- During online check-in: a copy of your passport or ID, uploaded through the secure check-in of our booking system. We use this solely to register your identity and stay, and it is deleted after check-out.
- Through the contact form: your name, email address and message.
Why we process your data
To handle your booking and prepare your stay, to answer your questions and to meet legal (tax) obligations. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or your consent.
Who we share data with
Only with parties needed for your stay: our booking and website platform (Lodgify), the payment provider and, where legally required, the Greek authorities. These parties are bound by agreements on the security of your data. We never sell your data.
How long we keep your data
- Booking data: for as long as Greek tax law requires.
- Passport or ID copies from online check-in: deleted after check-out.
- Contact messages: no longer than one year after your question has been handled.
Cookies
We use functional cookies that are needed for the website and booking to work properly. We also show content from third parties that may set their own cookies: Trustpilot (reviews) and YouTube (videos). You can set your cookie preferences via the cookie banner and delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object, to data portability and to withdraw your consent. Email us at info@villapastida.com; we will respond within one month.
