We're Felicia, Stylianos and our daughter Maria — the family behind Villa Pastida.
Felicia is the Dutch creative mind behind the design, styling and guest experience. Stylianos was born and raised on Rhodes and built most of Villa Pastida with his own hands. Thanks to his Greek roots, we know the island's most beautiful beaches, traditional tavernas and hidden gems better than anyone.
''And then there's me, Maria, your smallest host. According to my parents, I was born with the most important job of all: tasting cookies, testing the jacuzzi and making sure every guest feels at home.''
2020 begannen meine Eltern mit einem Traum: ein unfertiges Betonskelett in eine luxuriöse Boutique-Ferienvilla auf Rhodos zu verwandeln. Mit viel Liebe, Durchhaltevermögen und — ehrlich gesagt — einigen Tassen Kaffee wuchs die Villa Pastida zu dem besonderen Ort heran, der sie heute ist, und heißt Gäste aus der ganzen Welt willkommen. Wir sind stolz darauf, von unseren Gästen durchgehend mit 9,8 bewertet zu werden.
Unser Herz gehört Pastida, einem authentischen griechischen Dorf, in dem der Bäcker Sie noch jeden Morgen begrüßt, die Tavernen voller Einheimischer sind und Sie den entspannten Rhythmus des Inselleben wirklich erleben. Gleichzeitig sind Sie nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen Rhodos, der Stadt Rhodos und einigen der schönsten Strände der Insel entfernt.
As our dream kept growing, we began building Villa Pastida II and are now developing Villa Pastida III & IV. Through these projects, we don't just share our love for Rhodes with our guests we also help others fulfil their own dream of owning a holiday home or investing in property on this beautiful island.

Mama designed every corner of our villa with her boho touch, warm earthy colors, woven baskets, and little handmade details that make the whole house feel calm and cozy it feels like a holiday the moment you walk in.
Papa built the bathroom with his hands. Natural stone tiles, soft tones, and handmade details make it feel like a spa. And the best part? A “duo shower” two rain showers side by side, so you can relax together. But the reality? I usually sit there playing with my rubber ducks and all my toys .
