We're Felicia, Stylianos and our daughter Maria — the family behind Villa Pastida.
Felicia is the Dutch creative mind behind the design, styling and guest experience. Stylianos was born and raised on Rhodes and built most of Villa Pastida with his own hands. Thanks to his Greek roots, we know the island's most beautiful beaches, traditional tavernas and hidden gems better than anyone.
''And then there's me, Maria, your smallest host. According to my parents, I was born with the most important job of all: tasting cookies, testing the jacuzzi and making sure every guest feels at home.''
In 2020 begonnen mijn ouders aan een droom: een half afgebouwd betonnen skelet omtoveren tot een luxe boutique vakantievilla op Rhodos. Met veel liefde, doorzettingsvermogen en — eerlijk is eerlijk — heel wat kopjes koffie groeide Villa Pastida uit tot een plek waar inmiddels gasten uit de hele wereld genieten van een ontspannen vakantie. Vandaag worden we gemiddeld beoordeeld met een 9,8.
Ons hart ligt in Pastida, een authentiek Grieks dorp waar de bakker je nog iedere ochtend begroet, de tavernes vol zitten met locals en je het echte eilandleven ervaart. Tegelijkertijd verblijf je op slechts tien minuten van de luchthaven, Rhodos-stad en de mooiste stranden van het eiland.
As our dream kept growing, we began building Villa Pastida II and are now developing Villa Pastida III & IV. Through these projects, we don't just share our love for Rhodes with our guests we also help others fulfil their own dream of owning a holiday home or investing in property on this beautiful island.

Mama designed every corner of our villa with her boho touch, warm earthy colors, woven baskets, and little handmade details that make the whole house feel calm and cozy it feels like a holiday the moment you walk in.
Papa built the bathroom with his hands. Natural stone tiles, soft tones, and handmade details make it feel like a spa. And the best part? A “duo shower” two rain showers side by side, so you can relax together. But the reality? I usually sit there playing with my rubber ducks and all my toys .
