Yes. A €500 security deposit is required for each stay. This is pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released after your departure, provided no damage has occurred.

Yes. At least one guest, preferably the lead booker, must be 21 years or older to check in.

Do I have to pay tourist tax?

Yes. Guests who are not residents of Rhodes are required to pay the local tourist tax. The current rate is €15 per villa, per night (not per person).

Are the pool and jacuzzi private?

Absolutely. Both the swimming pool and the jacuzzi are exclusively for your private use. We service the pool three times a week to keep it in perfect condition. The jacuzzi is freshly cleaned and filled with fresh water before your arrival. During your stay, we kindly ask you to follow the provided instructions. To respect your privacy, we do not enter the villa during your stay.
