From one villa on Rhodes to a collection of boutique villas
We are Felicia and Stylianos, known to everyone simply as Stellios, the owners of Villa Pastida. What began with one house in the authentic village of Pastida has grown into a small collection of boutique luxury villas on Rhodes, which we manage personally.

Who we are
In love with Pastida
Stellios was born on Rhodes and his family still lives there. Felicia lived on Corfu for many years. After many holidays on different Greek islands, we fell in love with Pastida: a real Greek village without mass tourism, with tavernas, a bakery and a village square where everyone knows each other. We even got married at Kallithea Springs, a few kilometres away.
That love for the village sparked the idea of welcoming guests here ourselves: not in a large resort, but in small villas with the peace, privacy and comfort of a boutique hotel.

Every villa builds on the experience of the one before. That is how our story has grown, step by step.
Chapter 1 · Villa Pastida
Where it all began
We bought our first villa as an existing house and renovated it step by step into a boutique luxury holiday villa. An intense learning process: from purchase and permits to working with local contractors and craftsmen. The result is a villa for 6 adults and 2 babies, with a private pool and a rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the village.
For more than four years now, Villa Pastida has been one of the best rated private villas on Rhodes, with an average guest rating of 9.8.
Chapter 2 · Villa Pastida II
A family villa
With the experience of our first villa, we created Villa Pastida II: a family friendly boutique villa for 8 guests and 2 babies. Four bedrooms, including a children's room with bunk beds, two bathrooms, a private pool, an outdoor kitchen, a roof terrace and a play area.
Here too, the same idea comes first: the privacy of your own villa, within walking distance of the tavernas and shops of Pastida.
Chapter 3 · Villa Pastida III & IV
The next chapter
We are currently building Villa Pastida III and IV in Pastida: two villas on a 4,000 m² plot, to be rented together for 12 guests. A place for groups, and also a venue for events, retreats, care holidays and working holidays.
These villas will have the character our guests keep coming back for: boutique luxury, privacy and an authentic Greek setting.
