Payment Schedule
25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 60 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €500 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 2 day(s) after departure
Notes
Use of air conditioning is included. Please make sure to keep doors and windows closed while it’s running. In case of incorrect use that causes excessive electricity consumption, any additional costs will unfortunately be charged to the guest.
Please also note that a mandatory government tourist tax of €15 per night (2025) applies and must be paid before arrival.
