Villa Pastida I is our very first luxury private villa on Rhodes and the place where the Villa Pastida story began. What started as a dream of creating a warm and welcoming holiday home has grown into a collection of unique villas, designed for guests who appreciate privacy, comfort, and authentic Greek hospitality. Here, you can experience the peaceful charm of Greek island life while being just a 10-minute drive from Rhodes International Airport, Rhodes Town, and some of the island's most beautiful beaches.
Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests and 2 children up to 3 years old, the villa has been thoughtfully furnished in a warm boho style where comfort, privacy, and genuine hospitality come together. Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool, a relaxing sun terrace, and a rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the surrounding area—the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the island.

Payment Schedule
25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €500 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure
Notes
Use of air conditioning is included. Please make sure to keep doors and windows closed while it’s running. In case of incorrect use that causes excessive electricity consumption, any additional costs will unfortunately be charged to the guest.
Please also note that a mandatory government tourist tax of €15 per night (2025) applies and must be paid before arrival.
