What started as a dream became a learning process. On this page, we share our personal experiences with buying, renovating and renting out a property in Greece. Not from theory, but from real-life practice, with everything that comes with it.
We purchased our home in Rhodes, renovated it step by step and eventually decided to rent it out as a private villa. Many challenges arise from unclear communication, language and cultural differences, and working with parties you don’t yet know.
