Villa Pastida II

Villa Pastida II is our second construction project in Rhodes and is being developed as a spacious 8-person holiday villa with a private pool. Building on the success and experience of Villa Pastida I, we are realizing this project entirely in-house, with the same focus on quality, comfort and relaxed living under the Greek sun.

Construction of Villa Pastida II has been underway for over a year now. We are building step by step and with intention, making decisions based on hands-on experience and what truly works for a holiday villa in Rhodes in the long term. The planned opening is set for May 2027.

Through our website and social channels, we will continue to share updates on the progress and take you along on the journey toward the opening in May 2027.

Current construction update – Villa Pastida II

Over the past period, significant progress has been made on the construction of this new 8-person holiday villa in Rhodes.

The exterior façade has been fully plastered, allowing the villa to truly take shape and reveal its character. In addition, the first palm trees have been planted around the property, immediately creating a tropical atmosphere and the feeling of a luxury holiday villa with a private pool.

Inside, we have now started the tiling work. Building in Greece often differs from what many people are used to elsewhere: floors and tiles are typically installed before the windows and doors are permanently fitted. This is a common local practice that fits perfectly within the construction process in Rhodes, and one we consciously follow.
